In the Guayana region of Venezuela lies this state's most important city, Puerto Ordaz. A mixture of modern cityscape and natural beauty, it is now the location of the new Church of Scientology Mission of Puerto Ordaz, Venezuela.

A vibrant and lively ribbon cutting for the new Puerto Ordaz mission was hosted by Mission Director Carolina Lombardo. It was attended by executives of the Church of Scientology of Venezuela as well as many community members and local university staff and media.
