The Scientology Handbook was released in West Bengal India, at the Calcutta Book Fair, and the impact it has made in just 8 months holds as a testament to the power of the technology developed by Scientology Founder, L. Ron Hubbard.
Although West Bengal occupies less than 3 percent of India it is the most densely populated state in all of India comprising nearly 10 percent of its population.
A dedicated team of Scientology Volunteer Ministers who have been trained on the Scientology Handbook, they have taken this technology into the slums of Calcutta, which is well known for its poverty, illiteracy, drugs and sexual trafficking, where an estimated one third of Calcutta's 14 million residents are living in slums.
Spearheaded by the Scientology Volunteer Ministers India Goodwill Tour, this group of young men and women are living examples of their motto — "Something CAN be done about it!"
In September the Scientology Handbook will be released in Bengali at the New Delhi Book Fair, making this technology available to the 200 million people for whom this is their native language.
