Basic Courses are on the second floor.

You can begin your studies of the Scientology religion in our course rooms, located on the second floor. Here you will learn the fundamentals of Scientology and how to apply them in your life, with courses covering topics ranging from how to communicate effectively, to how to maintain a successful relationship.

Here also is a film room for viewing Scientology films, and the Chaplain’s office.

Our first floor Chapel is used for Sunday Services, weddings, naming ceremonies and introductory lectures. The panels surrounding the Chapel show the creeds and codes of Scientology, Scientology basics and our volunteer activities around the globe.

Up half a flight of stairs, between the second and third floors and extending the length of the building, is the Academy, where more advanced Scientology studies take place.

While many books and lectures by L. Ron Hubbard are available throughout the org, the bookstore on the third floor offers a complete selection of Ron’s materials which contain the answers to the mind, spirit and life.

On the third floor is the large, glass-sided bookstore, offering a complete selection of L. Ron Hubbard’s books, lectures and other materials that contain the answers to the mind, spirit and life.

If the facilities for training in Scientology are impressive, the spaces for the application of that training are no less so. Located one flight below the first floor, our Hubbard Guidance Center (HGC), is where we deliver the Scientology religion’s spiritual counseling, called “auditing” (from the Latin audire, to listen).

Part of this is the Purification Center, where parishioners can become free of drugs and toxins in their bodies and think clearly as a result. The Purification Center can provide service to 32 people at a time.

From top to bottom, our new Church of Scientology of San Francisco is a showcase for our religion and the results obtainable with it. Far more than just a beautiful environment, it is a home to Scientologists, a place where they can come and relax and meet friends as well as participate in our services of auditing and training.
